The second step is stabilizing your things as soon as possible to retard corrosion, staining, and the spread of contamination. Speed is also the key here.

Corrosion and staining depends on three factors working in concert: humidity, temperature, and contaminants. Your things are placed in a decontamination chamber to reduce humidity and moisture to minimize the effects of contaminants.

In addition to moisture reduction, we raise the temperature in the chamber to maximize deodorization results. Even a moderate temperature environment with low humidity slows the damage significantly.

Remember – timing is very important! Our experienced and efficient technicians know that the faster your belongings are stabilized, the higher the restoration success rate.
